Time Travel is entered in the Register of Tour Operators and Traders Facilitating Linked Travel Arrangements maintained for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship under registration number 24128.
These Regulations are made available free of charge before conclusion of an agreement for electronic services and in a form enabling the User to store and reproduce them.
Section 2.Scope of the Regulations
These Regulations govern the use of electronic services provided through the Time Travel Website, Booking Platform and My Trip.
These Regulations do not replace the General Terms and Conditions of Participation (OWU) applicable to a Package Travel Booking.
In particular, matters concerning:
Tour services;
Contract Price;
Prepayment and Remaining Balance;
cancellation of a Tour Booking;
transport and accommodation;
Optional Services;
liability relating to performance of a Package; and
Traveler rights under package-travel law
are governed by the applicable OWU and the contractual documents recorded for the relevant Booking.
Personal-data processing is governed separately by the Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies are governed separately by the Cookie Policy and applicable consent-management settings.

PART II —ELECTRONIC SERVICES
Section 4.Types of Electronic Services
Depending on availability and the relevant functionality, Time Travel may provide electronically:
browsing of public Website content;
Tour discovery, search and filtering;
access to Tour descriptions and availability information;
use of the Booking Platform;
generation and display of Booking price previews;
submission of Booking information;
email verification related to a Booking;
initiation of electronic payment processes;
access to My Trip;
display and storage of Booking-specific documents;
completion or correction of Traveler information where enabled;
access to payment status and Booking information;
submission of cancellation or other Booking-related requests where the relevant function is available;
electronic access to Legal Documents;
contact forms or electronic requests; and
other electronic functions introduced by Time Travel.
The scope of available functionality may differ depending on:
the Tour;
Booking status;
Market;
language version;
payment status;
departure date; or
technical or operational conditions.
Availability of a Website function does not by itself create an additional Tour service unless that service is expressly incorporated into the relevant Booking.
Section 5.Public Website Services
Browsing publicly available Website information generally does not require identification or creation of a Booking.
Tour search, filtering and similar Website tools are provided for informational and navigation purposes.
Search, sorting and filtering functionality does not constitute a guarantee that every Tour or offer is available to every User.
Final availability, price and contractual conditions are determined through the authoritative Booking process applicable to the selected Tour and Booking configuration.
Section 6.Booking Platform
The Booking Platform allows the User to configure and submit a Booking.
The Platform may request information concerning:
the Contracting Person;
Travelers;
departure and boarding options;
insurance;
seats;
Optional Services;
payment selection; and
legally required declarations or acknowledgements.
The User may review and correct the information provided before the final Booking action.
Price previews displayed during the Booking process remain subject to server-side verification before payment and creation of the Booking.
Where an authoritative price, Tour configuration or contractual document changes before submission is completed, the Platform may require the User to review and expressly confirm the updated information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular Booking, the Package Travel Agreement is concluded only after the required payment has been successfully completed and the Platform issues Booking Confirmation in accordance with the applicable OWU.
Booking Confirmation confirms creation of the Booking and, where applicable, conclusion of the Agreement. It does not mean that the relevant Tour Departure has already reached the operational status of Tour Confirmed.
A Tour may remain Pending Confirmation after the Agreement has been concluded, including where a minimum number of participants applies. The meaning and legal effect of Tour statuses are governed by the applicable OWU.
Section 7.Email Verification
Time Travel may require verification of the email address associated with a Booking.
Verification may take place through a verification code, verification link or another electronic mechanism.
Verification mechanisms may:
expire after a specified period;
be limited in the number of attempts; and
be subject to reasonable anti-abuse and security measures.
A User must not attempt to bypass verification, access another person’s Booking or obtain unauthorized access to electronic services.
PART III —MY TRIP
Section 8.Access to My Trip
My Trip provides access to Booking-specific information.
My Trip access may use the Booking reference, the email address associated with the Booking, email verification, secure access links, a customer account or another authentication method introduced by Time Travel.
Time Travel may use temporary secure sessions after successful verification.
Sessions may expire automatically for security reasons.
The authentication method may change for security or product-development reasons without altering the underlying Booking or contractual rights.
Section 9.My Trip Functions
Depending on the relevant Booking, My Trip may allow access to:
Booking overview and Booking status;
Tour status, including Pending Confirmation or Tour Confirmed where applicable;
Traveler information;
payment information and Remaining Balance;
seats;
Tour and boarding information;
contractual documents;
accepted Legal Documents and the Legal Revision applicable to the Booking;
insurance documents, where applicable;
cancellation functions and cancellation calculation;
additional information requests; and
other Booking-specific functions.
Individual functions may become available only at a particular stage of the Booking or before departure.
The absence of a particular optional My Trip feature does not affect the validity of the Booking.
Where My Trip is used to provide a document on a Durable Medium, Time Travel preserves the applicable document or Legal Revision in a form that allows the User to access and reproduce it unchanged for the legally required period.
Later publication of a new version of a Legal Document does not replace the historical version recorded for an existing Booking unless a valid change is made in accordance with law and the applicable OWU.
Section 10.Security of My Trip
The User must protect Booking references, verification codes, access links and other Booking-access information against unauthorized disclosure.
A User must not knowingly provide another person with unauthorized access to My Trip.
Where Time Travel reasonably suspects unauthorized access, fraud, abuse or a security threat, it may:
expire a session;
require renewed verification;
temporarily restrict interactive access; or
take other proportionate security measures.
Any restriction of interactive access does not remove statutory or contractual rights to receive documents or information on a Durable Medium where such delivery is legally required.
PART IV —TECHNICAL CONDITIONS
Section 11.Technical Requirements
Use of the Electronic Services generally requires:
a device capable of connecting to the Internet;
an up-to-date web browser supporting commonly used web standards;
JavaScript enabled where required by the functionality;
access to an active email address where verification or communication is required; and
software capable of opening standard electronic document formats where documents are offered for download.
Some functionality may require strictly necessary cookies or similar local browser technologies necessary for security, session management, Booking continuity or My Trip access.
Optional cookies and tracking technologies are governed separately by the Cookie Policy and the User’s consent choices.
Time Travel may discontinue support for browser or software versions that are materially outdated or no longer receive reasonable security support.
Section 12.Security Risks
Use of Internet services may involve risks including:
malware;
phishing;
unauthorized interception of credentials;
malicious browser extensions;
compromised email accounts; and
access through insecure third-party networks.
Users should use reasonably updated devices, software and security measures.
Time Travel will not request a User to disclose passwords for unrelated third-party services.
Users should verify that they are using the authentic Time Travel Website before entering Booking or payment information.
PART V —USER OBLIGATIONS
Section 13.Lawful Use
The User must use the Electronic Services in accordance with law, these Regulations and their intended purpose.
It is prohibited to provide or transmit unlawful content.
In particular, the User must not:
introduce malware or malicious code;
interfere with Website operation or security;
attempt unauthorized access to another Booking or User data;
impersonate another person;
circumvent access controls, rate limits or verification mechanisms;
use automated tools in a manner that materially disrupts the service;
submit intentionally false or fraudulent Booking information; or
use the Electronic Services to commit unlawful acts.
This Section does not prohibit ordinary use by legitimate search-engine crawlers or other integrations permitted by Time Travel.
Section 14.Information Submitted by Users
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted through electronic forms.
Where a Contracting Person provides information concerning another Traveler, the Contracting Person must be authorized to provide the information necessary for the Booking.
Upload or submission of information through the Platform does not transfer ownership of the User’s original documents to Time Travel.
The processing and retention of personal data and submitted documents are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
PART VI —AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
Section 15.Availability of Electronic Services
Time Travel takes reasonable measures to maintain availability and security of the Website, Booking Platform and My Trip.
Continuous and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may result from:
maintenance;
software deployment;
infrastructure failure;
Internet or hosting-provider disruption;
payment-provider disruption;
cyber-security incidents;
force majeure; or
other technical circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, planned material maintenance may be organized to reduce disruption.
A temporary technical outage does not invalidate an existing Booking or contractual document.
Section 16.Maintenance and Modification
Time Travel may update or modify the Electronic Services in order to:
improve functionality;
improve security;
comply with law;
adapt to technical requirements; or
introduce new functionality.
Changes to the interface or technical implementation do not alter an existing Package Travel Agreement unless the contractual terms applicable to that Booking are separately and validly changed.
Material changes affecting an ongoing electronic service shall be communicated where required by law.
PART VII —PAYMENT TECHNOLOGY
Section 17.Electronic Payment Interfaces
The Booking Platform may enable the User to initiate electronic payments through a payment service provider.
Payment processing may be technically performed by an external regulated payment provider.
Temporary unavailability or interruption of the payment interface may prevent completion of a payment.
A payment is not treated as successful merely because the User initiated or opened a payment page.
Where the applicable OWU requires payment for conclusion of the Agreement, the Booking is not completed until the required payment has been successfully confirmed and Booking Confirmation has been issued.
The legal consequences of payment, non-payment, Prepayment or Remaining Balance are governed by the applicable OWU and Booking record.
PART VIII —CONTRACTUAL AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS
Section 18.Electronic Legal Documents
Time Travel may make Legal Documents available electronically through the Booking Platform, My Trip or public Legal pages.
Where a particular Legal Revision applies to a Booking, Time Travel records or may record the exact version presented to and accepted or acknowledged by the Contracting Person together with the relevant Booking evidence.
Later publication of a new Legal Revision does not automatically replace the version recorded for an existing Booking.
Where a legally relevant document changes before completion of a Booking, the Booking Platform may require renewed review and confirmation before submission.
Documents required to be provided on a Durable Medium are made available in a form satisfying applicable legal requirements.
Insurance IPID, OWU and Booking-specific insurance information may also be made available through the Booking Platform and retained or made available in My Trip where applicable.
PART IX —COMPLAINTS CONCERNING ELECTRONIC SERVICES
Section 19.Electronic-Service Complaints
A User may submit a complaint concerning operation of an Electronic Service, including:
inability to access My Trip;
technical errors in Website functionality;
problems with email verification;
inability to submit an electronic form; or
another issue concerning provision of an electronic service.
A complaint should, where reasonably possible, include:
the User’s contact details;
Booking reference, where relevant;
description of the issue;
approximate date and time; and
relevant screenshots or technical information where available.
Complaints may be submitted electronically using the contact channel made available by Time Travel.
Time Travel considers the complaint without undue delay and within any period expressly required by mandatory applicable law.
A complaint concerning the Electronic Service is distinct from a complaint concerning performance of the Tour itself, which is governed by the applicable OWU and package-travel law.
PART X —COMMUNICATIONS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Section 20.Electronic Communications
Time Travel may communicate electronically through:
email;
My Trip;
SMS;
messaging services; or
other electronic channels reasonably appropriate to the communication.
Operational or contractual communications are not considered marketing communications solely because they relate to an existing Booking or service.
Marketing communications are governed separately by applicable law and the User’s marketing choices.
Section 21.Intellectual Property
Website software, design, graphics, logos, databases, original texts and other protected materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, database or other intellectual-property rights.
Users may use Website content for personal purposes connected with evaluating, creating or managing their Booking.
Commercial copying, republication, automated extraction or reuse beyond what is permitted by law requires authorization where applicable.
PART XI —SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
Section 22.Ending Use of Electronic Services
A User may stop using publicly available Website services at any time.
A Booking Platform session may end by:
completing the Booking;
abandoning the process;
session expiry; or
technical or security termination.
Ending use of an Electronic Service does not cancel an already concluded Package Travel Agreement.
Cancellation of a Package Travel Booking must follow the cancellation mechanism and rules applicable to the Booking.
Section 23.Suspension for Abuse or Security Reasons
Time Travel may temporarily restrict electronic access where reasonably necessary because of:
security risk;
suspected unauthorized access;
malicious or unlawful activity;
attempted system interference; or
material breach of these Regulations.
Measures shall be proportionate to the circumstances.
Where legally required contractual documents must remain accessible, Time Travel shall use another appropriate means of delivery if electronic interactive access is temporarily restricted.
PART XII —FINAL PROVISIONS
Section 24.Privacy and Cookies
Personal data processed in connection with the Electronic Services is governed by the applicable Privacy Policy.
Cookies and similar technologies are governed by the Cookie Policy and applicable consent settings.
Marketing consent is separate from acceptance of these Regulations and is not required for ordinary use of the Booking Platform unless mandatory law provides otherwise for a specific communication.
Section 25.Versions of the Regulations
These Regulations are version-controlled.
The Legal Revision applicable to a particular Booking may be recorded in the Booking evidence.
A later amendment does not automatically alter the historical Legal Revision recorded for an existing Booking.
Changes to these Regulations may apply prospectively to future use of Electronic Services, subject to applicable law and any required notice.
Historical versions shall be preserved where necessary to reproduce the conditions applicable to a Booking or electronic-service relationship.
Section 26.Language Versions
These Regulations may be made available in several languages.
Each published language version may have its own identifiable Legal Revision.
Where a particular language version is recorded for a Booking, that language version forms part of the historical legal evidence for that Booking, subject to mandatory law.
Translation does not create functions, rights or services that are absent from the applicable electronic service or contractual record.
Section 27.Applicable Law
Electronic Services provided by Time Travel are governed by Polish law, subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to the User.
Nothing in these Regulations excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Matters not governed by these Regulations are governed by applicable Polish and European Union law.
Section 28.Entry into Force
These Regulations enter into force on the effective date stated in the applicable Legal Revision.
They apply to Electronic Services provided under that revision.
